Ideira Lee Iglesias is a Museum Educator and artist who resides in Denver, Colorado. Currently going to BMCC CUNY, studying animations and motion design. A first generation Mexican-American, Lee was born in south Texas and spent her formative years in McAllen, by the border of Mexico.
Lee's work delves into themes of autonomy and empowerment, employing a dual framework of vibrancy and starkness to capture the dynamic essence of women. Lee is not commited to a specific medium and her work manifests in the form of paintings, drawings, and digital artwork. Lee's work has been showcased in several creative events for Vibe It. On Lee's spare time, she spends time with her partner and cat, watches anime, reads, and tries to be outdoors as much as possible.
